Courses and bookings
A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where eligibility requirements are not met.
Delegates are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate booking and contact
details.
Course Fees

All prices are shown in GBP (£). VAT will be added where applicable or stated as inclusive.

Course fees usually include tuition, course materials, refreshments and certification where stated in the course description.

Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
Payment
Payment may be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer or other methods shown at checkout.
Full payment is required prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received, we reserve the right to release your place.
Delegate cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to [insert email address].
Refunds will apply as follows:
- More than 28 days before course date – full refund
- 7–28 days before course date – 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course date – no refund
Non-attendance on the day is treated as a cancellation and no refund will be due.
Transfers and subsitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another course date or send a substitute delegate of equivalent professional background
Transfer requests received:

More than 14 days before course date okay

Less than 14 days – subject to availability and discretion
Only one transfer per booking may be permitted unless agreed otherwise.
Course Changes or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to change course venue, faculty, timings or format where necessary.
If we cancel a course, delegates will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
Transfer to a future date.
Our liability is limited to the course fee paid. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or other indirect costs.
Attendance and Professional Conduct

Delegates must behave professionally and respectfully towards faculty and other attendees.

We reserve the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be payable.

Delegates remain responsible for practising only within their own competence, training, indemnity arrangements and professional regulations.
Practical Skills Training
Minor surgery courses may involve simulated models, tissue models or
supervised practical exercises.
Attendance at a course does not in itself confer competence or authorisation to
independently perform procedures.
Delegates are responsible for ensuring appropriate governance, supervision and
indemnity before undertaking procedures in clinical practice.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All handouts, slides, videos and materials remain our intellectual property unless
otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal educational use only and must not be copied, sold, shared or reproduced without written permission.
Any Content should be used and applied at your professional discretion within
your own scope of practice and according to the regulations set down by your own professional qualification, personal licensing and supervision requirements. It is your responsibility to use the Content within this context.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update and check the information and Content on our site is accurate and correct at the date of publication or presentation, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied,
that the Content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
Certificates
Certificates of attendance or completion are issued only where course requirements are met.
Certificates confirm attendance/training only and do not imply accreditation of clinical competence unless explicitly stated.
Data Protection
Personal information will be processed in accordance with UK data protection
law and our Privacy Policy.
We may use your contact details for course administration and relevant future course updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Photographs or recordings may occasionally be taken for educational or promotional purposes. You may opt out by informing us on the day.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to clause 12.1, our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
